Did you already have the initial cleaning appointment and ready to book a standing appointment?
This is the place to book your repeating appointment, based on the quote you received.

​We take responsibility:

to find you a suitable cleaner

to make sure your regular cleaner is vetted, trained, experienced and qualified

to provide a back-up cleaner in case your regular cleaner can't make it

to ensure your complete satisfaction or we come back and fix it for free

to set up the legal benefits that you are required to set up for your cleaner (e.g. Bituach Leumi, pension, holiday pay, vacation pay, sick pay, etc.) -- no extra bureaucracy for you to handle

to find your cleaner a back-up customer in case you need to pause the service

Here's more information about your recurring appointments:

For your convenience, the booking is done online for the first of your repeating appointments. Once you select the day and time, you will be directed to the payments page to pay for that specific appointment only. (The appointment is confirmed only once the payment is received.)

The system will register the day and time that you selected as your preference for your future appointments and we will convert it to a repeat appointment on the back end. (Of course, if a specific week doesn't work for you, you can contact the office to reschedule a specific appointment.)

Payments are by credit card only and usually charged once per month. Someone from the office will contact you for your credit card details. The charge includes the agency fee, the labor cost, all the taxes, the travel fare, all the legal benefits for the cleaner and the bonuses to the cleaner. You're always welcome to tip your cleaner by cash.

The list that was agreed upon at the initial cleaning is what the cleaner is expected to complete at each visit. Should you decide to edit the list, let us know and we can send you a new price quote for approval.
